Online Physical Therapy with Telehealth

Optimal Physical Therapy is pleased to offer telehealth services for patients who are unable to attend in person appointments but are still in need of treatment for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee and hip pain, and any other pain that may be limiting you.

What is Online Physical Therapy with Telehealth?

In short, online (or at home) physical therapy with telehealth is a video call with your physical therapist. This is an option for current and new patients.  Your physical therapist will ask you about your current symptoms, any changes to your medical history, and have you demonstrate your range of motion, strength, or functional movements. Your therapist will then ask about your current home exercise program, discuss progressions or regressions, and guide you through specific exercises unique to you.

Online (or at home) physical therapy with telehealth allows your physical therapist to continue treating you during the COVID-19 Pandemic without the risk of being in-person.
